Why should I list on Lofti?

Lofti gives your property extra exposure to travellers looking for verified South African stays, with lower commission, local support and a simple onboarding process.

How much does Lofti charge?

During the launch offer, Lofti charges 0% commission for the first 90 days. After that, the standard commission is only 8% per confirmed booking.

Are there upfront listing fees?

No. During the launch offer, there are no upfront listing fees. You only pay commission when a confirmed booking is made.

How do I get paid?

Confirmed bookings are recorded in your vendor wallet. After the agreed commission is deducted, your available balance can be withdrawn through the payout process.

How long does onboarding take?

Most properties can be prepared quickly once we receive your property details, room information, rates, availability and quality images.

What properties can join?

Hotels, guesthouses, lodges, B&Bs, backpackers, resorts and self-catering accommodation providers can apply to list on Lofti.

Can Lofti help me set up my listing?

Yes. Lofti provides onboarding support to help you prepare your property profile, rooms, images and booking information.

Can guests contact Lofti for support?

Yes. Lofti provides support to help guests search, book and understand their stay details.
